Cancellation Policy
At our clinic, we strive to secure appropriate treatment time for each patient and provide high-quality dental care. In order to maintain a smooth appointment schedule and prevent inconvenience to other patients, we have established the following cancellation policy.
■ Changes or Cancellations of Appointments
If you need to change or cancel your appointment, please contact us by LINE or phone by the day before your appointment. You may also cancel your appointment through our online reservation system.
■ Late Arrivals
If you arrive more than 10 minutes late for your appointment, we may consider it a same-day cancellation if we determine that there is not enough time to provide proper treatment.
In such cases, please reschedule your appointment.
If you expect to be late, please contact us as soon as possible.
■ Appointment Restrictions
If you cancel without prior notice, or if you change or cancel your appointment on the same day three times in a row, we may not be able to accept future appointments.
In addition, we may restrict your ability to make appointments through the online reservation system.
■ Treatment After Appointment Restrictions
Even if appointment restrictions have been applied, we may still be able to accommodate you if you contact us on the same day and there is an available appointment slot.
■ Other
This policy has been established so that patients who arrive on time for their appointments can be scheduled with shorter waiting times and at their preferred dates and times whenever possible.
キャンセルポリシー
当院では、最適な治療時間を確保し、高品質な治療を提供できるよう努めております。円滑な診療体制の維持および他の患者様への影響防止のため、下記キャンセルポリシーを設けております。
■ご予約の変更・キャンセルについて
ご都合によりご予約の変更やキャンセルが必要な場合は、前日までにLINEもしくはお電話にてご連絡ください。オンライン予約システムからもキャンセルが可能です。
■遅刻について
ご予約時間より10分以上遅刻された場合は、十分な処置ができないと判断した場合当日キャンセル扱いとなります。
その際は改めてご予約をお取り直しください。
万が一予約時間に遅れる場合は、早めにご一報ください。
■ご予約制限について
無断キャンセルや3回連続しての当日の予約変更・キャンセルが行われた場合、今後のご予約は承りかねます。
オンライン予約からの予約取得は、制限とさせて頂きます。
■ご予約制限後の受診について
ご予約制限の対象となった場合でも、当日お問い合わせいただいた際に空きがある場合は、ご案内させていただく場合がございます。
■その他
本ポリシーは、予約時間を守って頂ける患者様により少ない待ち時間及び希望日時にご予約頂けるよう設定しております。
