Cancellation Policy

At our clinic, we strive to ensure optimal treatment time and provide high-quality care. If you need to cancel your appointment due to illness or unforeseen circumstances, please notify us by the day before your scheduled appointment.

Appointments can also be canceled through the online booking system, even outside of business hours.

To avoid inconveniencing other patients, we may decline future appointments for those who cancel without notice or repeatedly change or cancel their reservations.

From June 1, 2026, a cancellation fee will apply in accordance with guidance issued by the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare.

Same-day cancellations and no-shows will be charged 5,500 yen.

If you arrive more than 10 minutes late for your appointment, it will be treated as a same-day cancellation, and you will need to make a new appointment.

Appointments can also be canceled through the online booking system.

Your next appointment can be made after you visit the clinic and pay the cancellation fee.

キャンセルポリシー

当院では最適な治療時間を確保し、高品質な治療を提供できるように心がけております。体調不良や急な都合でキャンセルが必要な場合は、ご予約の前日までにご連絡いただきますようお願い致します。

診療時間外でも公式サイトのオンライン予約システムよりキャンセルが可能でございます。

他の患者様にご迷惑がかかる可能性がございますので、無断キャンセル、連続しての予約変更やキャンセルが行われる患者様には、次回以降のご予約についてはお受けできかねます。

また、令和8年6月1日より、厚生労働省の指針に基づき、キャンセル料が発生いたします。

当日キャンセルおよび無断キャンセルの場合は、5,500円のキャンセル料を申し受けます。

ご予約時間より10分以上遅れてご来院された場合は、当日キャンセル扱いとなり、改めてご予約をお取り直しいただきます。

キャンセルは、オンライン予約システムからもお手続きいただけます。

次回のご予約は、クリニックにご来院のうえ、キャンセル料をお支払いいただいた後に承ります。
